// Form Products
The FilterPave elastomeric system isn't limited to poured-in-place surfaces. We produce custom form products — pavers, bricks, and marine structures — using the same BASF polyurethane binder and locally sourced aggregate.
// What are Form Products?
FilterPave's elastomeric binder system isn't limited to flat, in-place installations. The same material — BASF polyurethane resin bound to locally sourced aggregate — can be poured into any form or mold to produce discrete units: pavers, bricks, structural blocks, marine anchors, and more.
We build the form, pour the mix, and cure the unit. If you can spec the shape and dimensions, we can produce it. Lead times and pricing depend on form complexity and quantity — contact us to discuss your project.
12" × 12" × 1.5" FilterPave pavers — dimensionally equivalent to standard concrete square foot pavers but porous, flexible, and elastomeric. Suitable for pedestrian hardscape, garden paths, and decorative applications where individual unit installation is preferred over poured-in-place.
Brick-sized FilterPave units — same elastomeric system, standard brick dimensions. A porous alternative to conventional clay or concrete brick for walkways, edging, accent banding, and any application where the aesthetic of a traditional brick unit is desired without the impermeable surface.
// Form Product 03 — Marine Application
Conventional concrete anchors and mooring blocks are inert — they sit on the seafloor and provide no ecological value. A FilterPave anchor changes that. The high void space of the larger aggregate matrix creates a three-dimensional pore structure that marine organisms can colonize over time — algae, invertebrates, and juvenile fish species that use structure for shelter and feeding.
The result is a functional mooring or anchor structure that doubles as artificial reef habitat — performing its mechanical role while actively contributing to the marine environment around it.
Custom FilterPave marine anchors and mooring structures — poured to your dimensions using larger aggregate to maximize void space and marine habitat potential. A direct replacement for conventional concrete anchors with meaningful ecological upside for coastal and marine environments.
Tell us your dimensions, application, and quantity — we'll take it from there.
