Poured into a mold.
Built to spec.

FilterPave's elastomeric binder system isn't limited to flat, in-place installations. The same material — BASF polyurethane resin bound to locally sourced aggregate — can be poured into any form or mold to produce discrete units: pavers, bricks, structural blocks, marine anchors, and more.

We build the form, pour the mix, and cure the unit. If you can spec the shape and dimensions, we can produce it. Lead times and pricing depend on form complexity and quantity — contact us to discuss your project.

Same BASF Binder System
Every form product uses the same two-part polyurethane elastomeric binder as our poured-in-place installations — proven for durability, flexibility, and environmental performance.
Locally Sourced Aggregate
Stone aggregate sourced and processed to FilterPave specifications — igneous rock with the hardness and gradation required for structural integrity and void space performance.
Custom Forms Available
We fabricate forms to your dimensions. Standard products are available off the shelf — non-standard shapes are quoted on a per-project basis.

Square Foot Pavers

12" × 12" × 1.5" FilterPave pavers — dimensionally equivalent to standard concrete square foot pavers but porous, flexible, and elastomeric. Suitable for pedestrian hardscape, garden paths, and decorative applications where individual unit installation is preferred over poured-in-place.

// Product details
  • Standard size: 12" × 12" × 1.5" — matches conventional concrete paver dimensions
  • FilterPave Stone Series aggregate — available in standard color options
  • BASF elastomeric binder — flexible, freeze-thaw rated
  • Porous surface — water infiltrates through the unit
  • Suitable for pedestrian traffic and light-duty applications
  • Custom dimensions available upon request
// Application note
Pavers are set similarly to concrete pavers on a prepared aggregate base. The porous nature of the unit allows infiltration through the paver itself — no gap fill required for drainage.

Brick Pavers

Brick-sized FilterPave units — same elastomeric system, standard brick dimensions. A porous alternative to conventional clay or concrete brick for walkways, edging, accent banding, and any application where the aesthetic of a traditional brick unit is desired without the impermeable surface.

// Product details
  • Standard size: approximately 3.75" × 8" × 2.25" — standard modular brick dimensions
  • FilterPave Stone Series aggregate — natural stone aesthetic
  • BASF elastomeric binder — durable and freeze-thaw resistant
  • Fully porous — water moves through the unit
  • Suitable for pedestrian walkways, edging, and decorative banding
  • Custom sizes available upon request
// Application note
FilterPave brick units can be laid in standard running bond or other patterns on a prepared aggregate base. Compatible with conventional brick edging and restraint systems.

Marine Anchors
that become habitat.

Conventional concrete anchors and mooring blocks are inert — they sit on the seafloor and provide no ecological value. A FilterPave anchor changes that. The high void space of the larger aggregate matrix creates a three-dimensional pore structure that marine organisms can colonize over time — algae, invertebrates, and juvenile fish species that use structure for shelter and feeding.

The result is a functional mooring or anchor structure that doubles as artificial reef habitat — performing its mechanical role while actively contributing to the marine environment around it.

// Product details
  • Custom dimensions — poured to your anchor or mooring specification
  • Larger aggregate sizing maximizes void space for marine organism colonization
  • BASF polyurethane binder — inert, non-toxic, safe for marine environments
  • Up to 47% sustainable void space — open pore structure for habitat
  • Suitable for mooring anchors, buoy mounts, and submerged structural blocks
  • Performs the same mechanical function as concrete at reduced environmental cost
